Wedding Packages
The Top Hat
Soup to nuts, you get it all with The Top Hat package. For complete planning and production services our fees are based on a small percent of the event budget and depend on the size and scope of the event. This package begins up to 12 months prior to the event & includes attention to every necessary detail with unlimited planning sessions.
The Bow Tie
This package includes wedding day coordination only. You get up to six planning sessions to develop your wedding and reception arrangements, site inspection and vendor walk through, scheduling of professional services and final confirmations, day of coordination of event, and no worries! We are the first to arrive and the last to leave, ensuring that every detail is covered and the event runs smoothly. Pricing for this package based on a flat rate dependent on the number of guests.
A La Carte
For the bridal couple on information overload, Black Tie Events will provide a consultant at an hourly rate. We will give you invaluable advice, recommendations, and ideas that will help you plan a beautiful event, and enable you to enjoy your day. Our hourly rates start at only $50.
Black Tie Events provide you with expert personalized wedding coordination – from the time you select a date through the bridal shower, wedding ceremony and reception, and post wedding day gatherings. We work closely with you to enhance your wedding experience –before, during, and after!
